The Overvolt AM Carbon is a revolutionary trail bike that pushes e-powered design to new heights. Its combination of lightweight carbon chassis, innovative mass centralisation & cutting-edge technology creates something special –a truly all-mountain electric bike. The key to the Overvolt AM Carbon’s handling is in its lowered centre of gravity, Lapierre’s innovative GLP (Gravity Logic Project). The battery has been moved down against the motor and rotated forward, centralising mass in the frame for greater manoeuvrability both on the ground and in the air. Lapierre DWS (Dual Wheel System) technology, enables conversion between 27.5 & 27.5+ wheels and tyres simply by inverting the dropouts.
