With a strong demand for light performing helmets among new school riders; dirt, slope, street, free ride, single track, enduro etc, we decided to develop a dent resistant in-mold performance helmet. -A thicker PC shell than normal, with the industrial challenge to make it work (tough and new machines).
- A dual density EPS construction, with a stiffer density closest to the shell.
- A cone EPS sandwich construction for progressive energy absorption
- Highly elaborated all over, with no visible EPS, all hidden by PC covering. Beyond that extremely light
at 310 grams, adjustable, supple and comfortable.
